Rob brings a strong background in military, security and training, with operational experience across the regular Army, reserve forces and the private security industry. His career has included leadership, close protection, frontline security and the development of national training material for the Army Proficiency Certificate.
Now a qualified trainer, assessor and first responder, Rob delivers practical, industry-focused training across security and first aid. He holds accreditations with HABC, SFJ Awards, Qualsafe, Pearson, FAA and NUCO, and is also an Elite Academy Trainer for Conflict Management and Physical Intervention.
Anita Meaney
Admin Assistant
Anita brings a wide range of experience across customer service, administration, the Civil Service and event medical support. Her background has helped her develop a calm, organised and practical approach to managing people, processes and problem-solving.
Alongside her full-time Civil Service role, Anita supports Training With Us as Office and Logistics Manager. She assists with administration, project delivery and the smooth running of training operations, working closely with Rob across consultancy and course delivery.
